I was watching a really terrific unknown movie and decided to talk about it. it's called The Night of the White Pants with Tom Wilkinson(sigh). this is a great movie about learning to see what is important in life no matter how old you are. check it out if you haven't. another fab movie with him is The Governess.
let's face it I just love independent and under the radar movies. they are gems that I watch over and over. one of my all time favorites is The Search for John Gissing. this movie is so small I don't think it was ever released in the theaters. I only found it on Netflix while searching for movies with Alan Rickman for my film fest. Mike Binder and Janeanne Garofalo are amazing!!this film is funny slick and so underappreciated. I about peed my pants with the nun scenes.if you have google alerts Mike Binder...I heart your movie!
